ACCOMMODATION
A spacious detached holiday lodge with full gas central heating, sleeping up to eight people, a maximum of four adults.
Gas and electricity is provided in the cost of your holiday, No coin meter.
We provide all pillows, duvets, blankets and mattress protection covers.
Please bring your own bedding such as pillow cases, duvet covers, bed sheets and towels.
BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed with bunk beds and bedroom 3 has two single beds. A deluxe folding guest bed with headboard is also available.
KITCHEN
A well equipped kitchen 13ft x 10ft includes a four slice toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, high spec washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a full size fridge/freezer.
LOUNGE
A comfortable lounge 16ft x 10ft has a feature fire place, colour television with 30 digital channels, 20 digital stero radio stations, DVD player, video player and playstation one console with games are provided. Two arm chairs, settee and coffee table.
BATHROOM
Family bathroom with wash hand basin, bath, shower and toilet, also a seperate toilet room with wash hand basin.
OUTSIDE
The lodge size is a huge 42ft x 20ft with a driveway for parking. A genuine south facing garden with patio and garden furniture.
The rear garden has a rotatory clothes airer and the lodge boasts UPVC doors and windows.
